The audio problems are the same on any kind of laptop. It just does not matter what brand it is or what configuration it is, because the audio malfunctions do not depend on it. Gateway Laptop Just Flashes Power Light

Every single component and part of a laptop has a very clear part to play in the whole functioning of that laptop. If you look inside a laptop or any similar device you will see many tiny components and you don’t know most of them, but they are very important for the whole system, or else they would not be there.

You can say the same about the power button. This power button of a laptop has a single purpose: it makes the connection between the energy supplied through the power cord and the adaptor that gets into the power jack and the whole system. When you press the power button of your laptop and it flashes once short and after that turns off, it means that there was a little amount of energy in your laptop and this allowed it to flash, but it was not enough to keep it lit for a longer period of time. Try to open your laptop without the battery, directly connecting it through the power cord and AC adaptor.
